Zhoushan Tong Fa Machinery Co., Ltd is located in "China Plastics Screw City" -Dinghai, Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province. It covers an area of 20000m2, and the workshop is more than 10, 000m2. It is a high and new tech enterprise manufactureing plastic extruders, granulators, single or double screws, and barrels.

We were awarded "2009 China Plastics Industry Advanced Company" by the council of China plastic processing industry association, "2008 Provincial New High-tech Enterprise", "Provincial Credible Private Enterprise", "Provincial AAA Enterprise of Observing Contracts and Keeping Promise", etc. By the Department of Science and Technology of Zhejiang Province, we′ve got the ISO 9001: 2008 quality system certificate which laid a terrific foundation for the development of our company.

Successfully researched and applied for national patent product "Conical co current double screws extruder"(patent No.: 2005101189153) on Dec. 30th, 2007. The result of evaluation showed: This product has the advantages of good mixture, big shear stress, big squeeze out, low temperature for extruding and well plastics performance. Compared to the existing two kinds of double screws models "conical different directions double screws extruder" and "parallel co current double screws extuder", the output of this product is about one time more, and the power consumption reduces 30%-50%, so that the effect of energy conservation is notable. The main performance parameters of this product have already reached the international level and also filled a vacancy in national machinery field.

In 2008, "Conical co current double screws extruder" was identified as the "National Key New Product" jointly by the National Science and Technology Department, the Ministry of Commerce, the Quality Supervision & Inspection Quarantine Bureau, and the Environmental Protection Administration.
